Happy B-Day, North America

This is my super late Canada Day/4th of July picture. It took me much longer than it should have to create it but it is done. I think.

I spent my Canada Day first at home making pancakes and then I went to the suburbs, of of all places, near Canada's Wonderland. We watched the fireworks coming from Wonderland as well as our own. The best thing about it was that fact that the two main groups of people there was my Mom's friends relatives who are all black and the neighbours and their relatives who were all italian and the fact that we were teaching the italians how to do the electric slide. Of course, the Euro cup finals just had to be on the same day so the Italians were a bit bummed out that night.
The most adorable thing was that there were these three toddlers, two boys and one girl and the girl would be pulling around this wagon and the little italian boy would sit inside then they would both get in and demand that they get pulled around by me or some other. The boy was all like "Fast! Fast! Again!" And then while they were being tugged he would open his arms and the two of them would hug!!! It was tooooooo cute!
The other boy was too in awe with the fireworks to be in with the wagon club.

I spent my 4th of July making this and remembering that my best friends birthday was the day before.
